While Tim searches for the perpetrators of the attack planned by Nisan (Mine Çayıroğlu), he is also assigned to ensure the security of the hospital where the wounded are treated. When Eylem (Meriç Aral) follows the terrorists who organized the attack step by step, she will face a shocking reality: There is another bomb activist and she is in an unknown spot in the city.
The Tim provided the necessary security measures together with the support forces in the hospital where the Minister will visit the wounded. But they do not know that the suicide bomber who managed to lose his track is right under their noses.

Yavuz (Tolga Sarıtaş) goes after a foreign intelligence officer who entered the country illegally. This foreign intelligence officer is the person who organized suicide bombings. It has a very short time to catch it before leaving the country. But this operation causes some images to decipher her to reach Derya. Yavuz has to destroy those images without watching Derya.
Reaching the information of an important weapon exchange between the organization and Nisan during the interrogation of the foreign intelligence officer captured by Yavuz, Tim takes action for the operation. For this difficult operation, Cormorant (Eren Vurdem), Eylem and Keşanlı (Görkem Sevindik) are forced to disguise for a secret mission.

Their aim is to find and destroy the leader of this new and very dangerous terrorist organization, which makes trouble for our country.
